At Pasteur Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and grooming purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our New York pharmacy location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
